Q.   What do I do if I have already filed a claim with the TSA for a flight
originating from San Francisco International (SFO) or Sioux Falls (FSD) Airports?
A.   The TSA Claims Management Office in Arlington, Virginia, will forward your claim
to CAS; however, you may also submit your signed claim form and documentation directly
to CAS by mail or fax:
